Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menata daftar pembelian barang atau jasa yang akan dikelola perusahaan nantinya.
  • Membuat daftar kategori agar lebih mudah dibaca dan dipahami. Misalnya, berdasarkan periode pembelian, jenis purchasing order, dll.
  • Membuat daftar nama-nama supplier.
  • Mengajukan persetujuan kepada divisi akuntansi/keuangan untuk membeli barang/bahan baku.
  • Melakukan kontak dengan supplier atau vendor pemasok agar mendapat penawaran harga terbaik.
  • Melakukan negosiasi untuk mendapatkan harga yang paling profitable.
  • Membuat berkas PO (Purchase Order) untuk memesan barang yang disepakati, lalu mengirimkan pada supplier yang ditunjuk.
  • Memantau agar pengiriman barang berjalan sesuai ekspektasi.
  • Memastikan kualitas barang yang dipesan.
  • Menghubungi divisi finansial dan logistik tentang berkas dan pembayaran barang yang dipesan.
