Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menata daftar pembelian barang atau jasa yang akan dikelola perusahaan nantinya.
- Membuat daftar kategori agar lebih mudah dibaca dan dipahami. Misalnya, berdasarkan periode pembelian, jenis purchasing order, dll.
- Membuat daftar nama-nama supplier.
- Mengajukan persetujuan kepada divisi akuntansi/keuangan untuk membeli barang/bahan baku.
- Melakukan kontak dengan supplier atau vendor pemasok agar mendapat penawaran harga terbaik.
- Melakukan negosiasi untuk mendapatkan harga yang paling profitable.
- Membuat berkas PO (Purchase Order) untuk memesan barang yang disepakati, lalu mengirimkan pada supplier yang ditunjuk.
- Memantau agar pengiriman barang berjalan sesuai ekspektasi.
- Memastikan kualitas barang yang dipesan.
- Menghubungi divisi finansial dan logistik tentang berkas dan pembayaran barang yang dipesan.
