Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. To process payroll system for employee and resolve all of the payroll matter
  2. Organize the recruitment process by identify candidates, performing reference check, interview and selection, issuing employee contract and training
  3. To coordinate the industrial relation to build good relation between company with employee, union, society and government


Requirements

  • Maximal 40 years old
  • Minimal S1 in Law/Management/Psychology
  • At least 3 years experiences in same position in middle size/big size manufacturing companies
  • Deep understanding on Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Human Resource Department; Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law, BPJS, and General Affair Jobs
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Have good communication skill & able to work under pressure, individual & team
  • Highly motivated, energetic, good pleasant personality
